ccMELON's auctions and shopping support services is a service that we provide to non-Japanese due to their inability to deal with Japanese sellers or shops directly.
ccMELON has no financial or legal relationship whatsoever with auctions and shops, or the sellers.
ccMELON will not be responsible, explicitly or implicitly, for any item on sale at auctions or shops.
Any other conditions appearing anywhere else on the ccMELON website are considered to be an integral part of the Conditions of Use, and are equally binding on the user.
ccMELON reserves the right to change these conditions, price, any contents on ccMELON website without any prior notice at any time.
The placement of any changes on ccMELON website makes them immediately valid and binding on the user.

ccMELON can not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, or legality of information about sellers, the transaction conducted by sellers, the products sold, the service and the information on the website as well as the personal information of the sellers, or whether the rights of third parties are infringed.

ccMELON do not guarantee that availability of inoviced items although after you have placed the order or paid due to fluctuation of number of stocks and price etc at the market such as shops, auctions or the seller. (We refund or attemt to find alternatives for this case) Invoice valid for a week.

ccMELON do not guarantee that emails sent by or through our website, server or domain name are free of viruses.

If the destination country requires an import license or other permit for import of the merchandise, it is your responsibility to obtain such a license or permit at your own expense.

You are fully responsible for any tax and duties chargeable by your local government on goods purchased or shipped from ccMELON.

We are not liable for any fraudulent activities related with our transaction. If the seller or shop who does not send us the products even though ccMELON paid price, ccMELON normally does not charge our Handling Fee for this case to user. But user should bear and pay all invoiced charge.

ccMELON are not liable for any loss of failed auction. But user should bear and pay Auction Play Fee(500 JPY).

ccMELON use our own International Exchange rate which is shown at quotation/invoice before we start official order process. We do not use Paypal rate.
PROHIBITIONS
The following is prohibited when user is using ccMELON services;

Violation of laws and regulations, and these Conditions of use.

Infringement of ccMELON rights, good name, or of the sellers or any third party.

Actions that could cause harm to the body and mind.(To order ADULT materials, you MUST be over 18 years old.)

Actions impeding other users or any third party or actions that are offensive.

Relay of false information.

Sending or writing harmful programs or e-mails.

Illegally breaking into ccMELON server or other computers.

Lending or transferring user IDs or passwords to others or using these for third parties.

Making quotation/invoice is free of charge but 5 times quoatation request successively without purchase during the 5 times process is considered as abuse. We are not responding anymore for this member.

Searching item request is free of charge but 5 times quoatation request successively without purchase during the 5 times process is considered as abuse. We are not responding anymore for this member.

Bad manner member will be refused. We do not serve or respond to bad manner member.
ccMELON reserve the right to refuse service to any user. User who abuses ccMELON's system or violated Conditions of use will be permanently banned .
ITEMS
All items delt with by ccMELON are legally on sale in Japan .
We do not deal with Copy, Pairacy, Illegal items, and following items;
car, bike, car engine, car body,(Parts are OK unless it is oversized of Japan Post regulation) ,items that includes oil, ship, living nature, real estate, and anything oversize of Japan Post regulations.
It is anyway up to you to check if the items you order are authorized in your country.
Basically items are in Japanese language only.
Manga, Magazines are in Japanese and DVDs carry no subtitles generally.
Japanese DVDs are Zone 2(Region 2) , which covers Japan and Europe (and some other countries). Therefore they are playable on any DVD player bought in Europe. USA is Zone 1 , so you have to check that your DVD player is able to play Zone 2 DVD.
But DVD are also encoded using the NTSC video standard, which is not compatible with players and TV using the PAL standard (like in Europe). NTSC is the standard in United-States of America and many other countries. Please check if your equipment is compatible with NTSC standard .
Secondhand items are also available but each item has different condition due to the characteristic of used item.
ccMELON is not liable for any kind of damge of itmes. Return and Refund is not appricable for secondhand/used itmes.
To order ADULT materials, you MUST be over 18 years old.
SHIPPING
Except contrary notice from the user, the order will be delivered at the Shipping address written on the order. Delivery terms are only indicated as a general indication, ccMELON would no way be bound by them. Orders are processed then sent out after we receive the payment. ccMELON is not liable for any kind of missing delivery or defective delivery . We strongly recomend you to use EMS which includes minimum insurance and Tracking Service .
The shipping cost appears on quotaion / invoice includes handling & materials cost if it is needed on case by case basis. ( The stamp price on the packet do not include hadling & materials. )
CUSTOMS
You have to pay customs fees and VAT when you get your package in your country and requested. ccMELON can not tell you whether you will have to pay them or not. ccMELON neither can influence or predict anything about your country customs policies. Customs fee and VAT are to be paid by you. Anyway, low value packages are usually free of taxes.
All items sold on ccMELON web site are legally on sale in Japan. It is anyway up to you to check if the items you order are authorized in your country. ccMELON is not liable if customs confiscate an item.
RETURN
ccMELON take back only items with an original default and of course items sent to you by mistake. If possible do not open original item packages. Depending on the case, ccMELON will reimburse you or provide a new item. When it comes about limited release items, it often will not be possible to send you a new item. If you think an item from your order needs to be replaced, contact us within 7 days after you receive the package.
ccMELO do not take back games, DVDs or other items which you cannot use because of compatibility problems. All our products are original Japanese items. Check whether you can use them before ordering .
Moreover, it is up to you to think about the interest of an item. If necessary, do your own research about the item on the internet before ordering.
REFUND
ccMELON will fully pay back returned items, if returned in the 7 days following the reception of the order. The user only will pay for the returning fees. Items have to be in good condition and in their original packaging , like they were delivered. In case we recieved returned items by conditions which are not following those condtions of use, the refund is not applicable. After a term of 7 days, items are considered as accepted and in conformity with the order.
We via paypal refund for cost adjustment after auction if needed.
PRIVACY
ccMELON will protect your privacy and personal information as much as possible. ccMELON promise not to disclose your details you provide to use this website to any third party without your consent except under the following circumstances
1. When required by law.
2. When ccMELON deem it necessary in order to protect the rights, good name, or credit of other users, sellers at auctions or any third party
3. When ccMELON deem it necessary in order to proceed your required transactions smoothly for our agnets or our sister companies.
