We are sorry but we do not serve this. We as a sender have to know what we are posting off to our members oversea and where these items came from.

How long dose it take to my country via EMS?

We are afraind that we can not say that for sure.

It depends on season, situation. You can trace the packet location more or less via EMS tacking system.

What is the cheapest shipping method?

SAL smallpacket.

This is most less expensive method to post internationally. Threre are conditions of SAL smallpacket, Max weight is 2KG. (We can separate it into several packets if possible).No register option so that if it is missing, we can not trace or not be responsible at all.

Do you combine or separate the packet for shipping?

Yes!

What if I ask you always the free quote so many times and never buy?

OANDA + ccMELON's rate (not synchronized)

Our exchange rate resource is from OANDA ( not synchronized ), and this numbers are modified by ccMELON's algorism which is confidencial, and amount on the quote / invoice will be shown in your local currency. ccMELON is expecting to build long relationship with our members. Unlike other companies, we do not use up-down live Fx rate, but ccMELON's rate seems almost an avarage of some longer period at last.

Can ccMELON bid for auction item that is closing today?

We can not say that for sure.

It depends on the case and member's status. Feel free to contact us. As rules, at least 48-24 hous closing atime llowance is very helpful !
